Vicke Lindstrand (1904–1983) was one of Sweden’s’s leading glass and ceramic artists in the 20th century. After his art studies at the School of Design and Crafts in Gothenburg, he worked for Orrefors, Upsala-Ekeby, and Kosta. Vicke was a prominent designer of art glass, tableware and figurines – often using experimentation and developing new techniques. His artistry is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
