An Overview of Gertrud Lönegren’s Capri Series
Gertrud Lönegren (1905–1970) designed many classics for the Swedish Rörstrand company. One of the most appreciated series is Capri from 1936. It consists of hand-thrown stoneware bowls and vases. They have rounded forms, matte white glaze, and leaf relief decor.
