An Overview of Ingrid Atterberg’s Fiamma Series

Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most appreciated series is Fiamma from 1961. It consists of eight earthenware bowls and vases. They have sturdy forms, brown/yellow glazes, and grass field relief decors. 

The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1964. Which of Ingrid’s Fiamma objects is your favorite?
