Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Chamotte from 1957. It consists of 13 earthenware bowls and vases. They have rough textures, muted colors, and geometric decors. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1959. Which of Ingrid’s Chamotte objects is your favorite?
