An Overview of Ingrid Atterberg’s Strega Series

Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Strega from 1955. It consists of seven earthenware bowls and vases. They have gently squared forms, yellow glazes, and brown net decors. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1956. Which of Ingrid’s Strega objects is your favorite?
