An Overview of Ingrid Vang Nyman’s Pippi Långstrump 1990s Design for Rörstrand

Danish-born Ingrid Vang Nyman illustrated many children’s books in the mid-20th century. Some of her most beloved drawings come from the Pippi Longstocking books by Astrid Lindgren. The colorful illustrations depict Pippi’s zany adventures in an idyllic Swedish small-town setting.
