An Overview of Ingrid Atterberg’s Campo Series
Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Campo from 1960. It consists of 14 earthenware bowls, dishes, and vases. They have sturdy forms, beige/brown glaze, and hand-painted leafs in yellow and green. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number.
