An Overview of Ingrid Atterberg’s Dori Series

Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most appreciated series is Dori from 1959. It consists of nine earthenware bowls, dishes, and vases. They have modern forms, brown/yellow glaze, and relief decor.

The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1961. Which of Ingrid’s Dori objects is your favorite?
