Berit Ternell (1929–) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1950s to 1970s. One of the most well-known series is Fleur from 1970. It consists of four mirrors, vases, and wall plaques.
The objects are made of brown earthenware and stylistic flower motif in relief. They come with orange, green, or blue glaze. On the lower sides, they are marked with UE, Sweden, BT, and the model number.
The series was manufactured for only one year. Which of Berit’s Fleur objects is your favorite?
