Mari Simmulson (1911–2000) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1950s to 1970s. One of the most well-known objects are the wall plaques Iris, Linda, Pia, and Rosa from 1964. They are made of earthenware with rectangular forms and stylistic woman motifs.
