Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Manet (Jellyfish) from 1951. It consists of 10 earthenware bowls and vases. They have gently swelling shapes, green/brown tones, and marine life motifs. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1954. Which of Ingrid’s Manet objects is your favorite?
