Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Mosaik (Mosaic) from the 1960s. It consists of about 10 earthenware objects: bowls, dishes, and vases. They have cylinder forms and interspersed white decor. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured for the department store Åhlén & Holm.
