Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1940s to 1960s. One of the most well-known series is Pepita from 1954. It consists of 16 earthenware bowls and vases. They have geometric forms and incised white or green rhombs. The items are deep stamped on the lower side with UE, Sweden, Abg, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 1956. Which of Ingrid’s Pepita objects is your favorite?
