Inger Persson (1936–2021) designed many classics for the Swedish Rörstrand company. Some of the most well-known objects are the balloon-like vases from the late 1980s. They have hand-thrown slightly asymmetric forms and come in three different sizes.
The vases are made of stoneware with matte glazes in era-typical colors. On the lower sides, they are marked with Rörstrand, Sweden, i. Persson. Which of Ingrid’s balloon vases is your favorite?
