Börje Skohg – Ceramics from Gustavsberg
Börje Skohg (1923–2006) was one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. After his art studies at ”Konstfack” in Stockholm, he worked for the Gustavsberg factory for 40 years. Börje became a prominent designer of wall plaques with people and animal motifs using an archaic and stylistic expression. His artistry is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
