Mari Simmulson (1911–2000) designed many classics for the Swedish Upsala-Ekeby company in the 1950s to 1970s. One of the most well-known series is Eternell from 1970. It consists of two earthenware vases with a gentle hourglass form, white glaze, and colorful linear decor.
