An Overview of Ulrica Hydman-Vallien’s Don Juan Series
Ulrica Hydman-Vallien (1938–2018) has designed many classics for the Swedish glassworks in Åfors, Boda, and Kosta. One of the most well-known series is Don Juan from 1999. It consists of six vases with a swelling base. They were crafted by hand with a snake-like neck and swirling decor. The series was in production until 2002.
