Eva Jancke-Björk – Ceramics from Bo Fajans

Eva Jancke-Björk (1882–1981) was one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. After her art studies at ”Konstfack” in Stockholm, she worked for the Rörstrand, S:t Erik, and Bo Fajans factories in the 1910s–1950s. Eva was a prominent designer of mild colored works of art with swelling shapes and calm expressions. Her artistry is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
