An Overview of Inger Persson’s Studio Art Pieces
Inger Persson (1936–2021) designed many classics for the Swedish Rörstrand company. Some of the most appreciated objects come from the small-scale studio production in the 1960s. They are often made of dark brown chamotte stoneware with rustic thrown forms. The glazes and decors have era-typical colors and expressions. Each model could be decorated in multiple styles.
