Bertil Vallien (1938–) has designed many classics for the Swedish glassworks in Åfors, Boda, and Kosta. Some of the most well-known objects are the limited Atelier pieces from the 1970s and onwards. They were handmade with a large degree of freedom in the crafting. The objects weren’t shown in the glassworks’ catalogs.
