Ulla Procopé (1920– 1968) was one of Finland’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. She was part of the Nordic design tradition aiming for more beautiful every day goods for everybody. After her art studies at the Central School of Art and Design in Helsinki, Ulla worked for the Arabia factory for 20 years. She was a prominent designer of warmhearted tableware series like Anemone, Tutti Frutti, and Valencia. Ulla artistry is represented at the numerous museums in the Nordic countries.
