Timo Sarvimäki (1948–) was one of Finland’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. After his art studies at the School of Design and Crafts in Gothenburg, he worked for Rörstrand and Designhuset in the 1970s. Timo became a prominent designer of sturdy, joyous, and colorful figurines and tableware. His artistry is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
