Sven Erik Skawonius (1908-1981) is one of the well-known representatives of the illustrious Swedish ceramic design of the 20th century. He was the artistic leader for the Upsala-Ekeby factory in the 1950s-1960s. Skawonius is represented at numerous museums in Sweden.
