An Overview of Pia Rönndahl’s Summer in Sweden Wall Plaques

Pia Rönndahl designed many classics for the Swedish ceramic company Gustavsberg. One of the most appreciated series is ”Summer in Sweden” from 1985. It consists of four earthenware wall plaques with a quadratic form and traditional Swedish motifs. They are quite small with a height of 16 cm and depth of 0,5 cm.

The wall plaques are marked with ”Pia R” on the front side and ”Gustavsberg” on the back side. Which of the Summer in Sweden objects is your favorite?
