An Overview of Olle Alberius’ Kavalkad Series from Rörstrand
Olle Alberius (1926–1993) designed many classics for the Swedish Rörstrand company in the 1960s and 1970s. One of the most well-known series is Kavalkad from 1963. It consists of 13 stoneware wall plaques with quadratic shapes and geometric motifs. They are quite large and was decorated by hand in strong colors.
