An Overview of Kjell Engman’s Safari Series
Kjell Engman (1946–) has designed many classics for the Kosta glasswork in Sweden. One of the most appreciated series is Safari from 1994. It consists of 22 objects: glasses, vases, bowls, pitchers, and candleholders. They have gently swelling forms, clear glass, and colorful animal patterns.
