An Overview of Gunnar Nylund’s Gula Serien Series
Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) designed many classics for the ceramic company Rörstrand. One of the most appreciated line is called the "Gula Serien" (Yellow Series) in Sweden, even though it doesn’t seem to have an official name. It was designed in 1954 and consist of eight bowls and vases. They have sturdy forms, yellow glaze, and linear relief decor.
