Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) designed many classics for the Swedish ceramic factory Rörstrand. One of the most well-known series is Ferro from 1932. It consists of stoneware bowls and vases. They have robust forms, circular iron oxide decor, and golden details.
The objects are marked on the lower side with Nylund and ALP (AB Lidköpings Porslinsfabrik, the factory where they were made). Which Ferro piece is your favorite?
