An Overview of Gunnar Nylund’s Eklöv Series
Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) designed many classics for the Swedish ceramic factory Rörstrand. One of the most well-known series is Eklöv (Oak Leaf) from the 1950s. It consists of stoneware bowls and vases. They have sturdy forms, branch relief, and glazes in blue, gray, green, or white color.
