Ann Wärff (1937–) and Göran Wärff (1933–2022) designed many classics for the Swedish Kosta Boda company in the 1960s to 2020s. One of the most well-known series is ”Familjen” (The Family) from 1970. It consists of 16 figurines with clear glass, golden/black hand-painted decor, and kindhearted expression. Every year between 1970 and 1984, one or two new family members were added to the series. Which of the Wärff couple’s Familjen figurines is your favorite?
