An Overview of Britt-Louise Sundell’s Santos Series
Britt-Louise Sundell (1928–2011) designed many classics for the Swedish Gustavsberg company. One of the most well-known series is Santos from the 1960s. It consists of stoneware bowls, candleholders, mirrors, and vases. They have quadratic forms, milky white glaze, and brown coffee bean pattern.
