Anita Nylund (1931–2023) was one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. She was part of the Nordic tradition aiming for warm-hearted, joyous and humorous tableware design. After her studies, Anita worked for the Jie factory in the 1950s and 1960s. She became a prominent designer of colorful jars, shakers, and dishes. Anita’s artistry is represented at numerous museums in the Nordic countries.
